GA SB137

Amends the City of Mulberry's charter (originally approved February 13, 2024) to clarify that the municipal court has jurisdiction over charter violations, city ordinances, and other violations as provided by law

Requires Gwinnett County to continue providing government services within the city during the transition period at the same cost as 2023-2024, while prohibiting the county from modifying zoning of any property within the city

Allows the City of Mulberry to assume responsibility for any county service or function with at least 60 days' prior written notice to Gwinnett County

Keeps the city within Gwinnett County's special services district during the transition period, with removal occurring at the period's conclusion

Ensures that pending judicial proceedings and prosecutions in Gwinnett County will not be automatically dismissed when jurisdiction transfers to the City of Mulberry's municipal court
