Requires the Georgia Department of Corrections to provide eligible released inmates (excluding illegal aliens) with documentation to assist in obtaining post-release employment, including vocational training records, work records, birth certificates, social security cards, resumes, and practice job interview completion documentation

Mandates coordination with the Department of Driver Services to provide a state-issued identification card to released inmates who lack a current ID or driver's license

Authorizes issuance of a Program and Treatment Completion Certificate to eligible releasees

Requires notification to inmates if they are eligible to apply for occupational licenses or certifications from state licensing entities

Exempts certain inmates from resume and practice job interview requirements: those 65 or older, those releasing to medical reprieve or prison infirmary settings, those releasing to another jurisdiction's custody, and those physically or mentally unable to return to the workforce
