Amends the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to revise, modernize, and correct errors, omissions, and typographical mistakes throughout multiple titles of the Georgia Code as part of the Code Revision Commission's ongoing work

Repeals obsolete, unconstitutional, or superseded Code sections and articles, including provisions related to compensation of intercollegiate athletes (Article 13 of Chapter 3, Title 20) and reserved chapters in Title 43 regarding professions

Makes technical corrections including standardizing terminology (e.g., "internet" vs "Internet," "email" vs "e-mail," "his or her" vs "their"), fixing punctuation errors, correcting cross-references, and updating citations to federal law

Codifies principles of law derived from Georgia Supreme Court decisions and updates statutory language to reflect current organizational names and structures across state agencies

Reenacts the Official Code of Georgia Annotated as published by LEXIS Publishing with 2024 supplements, while clarifying that annotations, research references, and editorial materials do not have force of law
