Amends Titles 20, 35, and 43 of the Georgia Code to insert ", or its successor," after references to the U.S. Department of Education in 21 different code sections covering education, law enforcement, and professional licensing

Updates terminology in the tuition waiver program for foster and adopted individuals, replacing "Student Aid Report from the United States Department of Education" with "FAFSA submission summary"

Sections 1 and 2 (the "or its successor" amendments) have contingent effectiveness—they only take effect if Congress repeals or abolishes the U.S. Department of Education

Section 3 (the FAFSA terminology update) becomes effective immediately upon the Governor's approval or the bill becoming law without approval
