Creates the Georgia Interagency Council for the Homeless, a 21-member body appointed by the Governor to coordinate statewide approaches to addressing homelessness

Council membership includes representatives from 15 state agencies and departments, three individuals who have personally experienced homelessness, and three homeless service providers

Council duties include surveying current homeless services, evaluating future needs, establishing a central resource and information center, coordinating employment assistance, and combating the criminalization of homelessness

First annual report due to the Governor by December 1, 2026, with reports to be made publicly available on state agency websites

Council automatically abolished on December 31, 2028, with members serving three-year terms and receiving expense reimbursement but no compensation
