Moving parties may file a notice of uncontested motion with a superior court or state court judge if the judge fails to rule on a properly served motion with no objections within 90 days of filing

Uncontested motions are automatically deemed granted if the judge fails to rule within 7 days after the notice of uncontested motion is filed

Chief judges must conduct a review of docket management techniques and procedures and issue a findings report when a judge has motions deemed granted in two separate matters

Courts retain authority to conduct reviews of their own operations on their own initiative
