Prohibits ranked-choice voting for determining the election or nomination of any candidate to local, state, or federal elective office in Georgia

Defines ranked-choice voting as a method allowing voters to rank candidates in order of preference, with ballots tabulated in multiple rounds until one candidate attains a majority

Exempts military and overseas voters covered under the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (52 U.S.C. Section 20301)

Amends Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding new Code section 21-2-20
