Expands state park fee waivers from disabled veterans only to include all veterans with honorable discharge and Gold Star family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings of service members who died in the line of duty)

Changes the benefit from a 25 percent discount to a full fee waiver at Georgia state parks, historic sites, and recreational areas operated by the Department of Natural Resources

Covered fees include entrance/admittance fees, cabin and campsite rentals, and recreational facility fees such as golf courses

Gold Star family members must apply to the commissioner of veterans service for certification, who is required to establish documentation requirements by rule

Fee waivers apply to overnight accommodations but exclude group facilities and accommodations
