Creates a statewide Autism Missing Person Alert System in Georgia to locate missing individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in cooperation with the Governor's office, Georgia Lottery Corporation, and Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities

Activation requires local law enforcement to verify the individual is missing, in immediate danger of serious bodily injury or death, the disappearance has been investigated and alternative explanations eliminated, and sufficient information exists to disseminate publicly

Mandates that search efforts prioritize waterways including lakes, rivers, pools, and ditches, and that alerts include the individual's description, last known location, and information about distinctive autism-related behaviors

Requires participating state agencies to use rapid response telephone systems to alert residents in targeted areas, and directs the Georgia Lottery Corporation to notify vendors within alert areas to disseminate information at retail locations

Provides civil liability protection for entities and individuals participating in the alert system for damages arising from disseminating alert information
