Requires the State Board of Workers' Compensation to notify the Department of Administrative Services when an injured worker is believed to be an eligible peace officer disabled in the line of duty due to direct interaction with a criminal suspect, arrestee, or inmate

Mandates that injured peace officers receive notification about the Georgia State Indemnification Fund and temporary disability compensation programs available under Title 45

Requires law enforcement agencies to notify potentially eligible peace officers about available benefits within 10 days of suffering an injury that may cause permanent or temporary disability

Defines "eligible peace officer" as full-time or part-time state, municipal, county, or political subdivision employees required to maintain public order, make arrests, and comply with Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Act requirements

Authorizes the Department of Administrative Services to promulgate rules and regulations specifying required contact and program information for notifications
