Defines covered devices as medical products with the primary purpose of absorbing or capturing menstrual discharge

Includes tampons, panty liners, menstrual cups, pads, and similar products designed for use with the human menstrual cycle

Amends Code Section 48-8-3 by adding this exemption to the existing exemption for insulin syringes and blood glucose strips sold without prescription
