Amends Georgia Code Section 5-6-34 to add direct appeal rights for court rulings that grant or deny sovereign, municipal, official, qualified, or judicial immunity in civil actions

Creates direct appeal rights for rulings that grant or deny legislative privilege or legislative immunity in both civil and criminal actions

Requires appeals under these new provisions to be filed within 30 days of the judgment, order, or ruling

Limits parties to exercising the immunity-related direct appeal right only once per civil action

Immunity appeals cover protections established by the U.S. Constitution, Georgia Constitution, state laws, or common law
