Disqualifies any person from serving as district attorney who solicits, accepts, or refuses to reject a pardon for any crime under Georgia, other state, or federal law

Bars assistant district attorneys, deputy district attorneys, and other attorneys employed by district attorneys from holding their positions if convicted of a felony or if they solicit, accept, or refuse to reject a pardon for a felony

Requires immediate vacancy of position for assistant district attorneys, deputy district attorneys, and other employed attorneys upon initial felony conviction or upon soliciting, accepting, or refusing to reject a felony pardon

Becomes effective upon Governor's approval or upon becoming law without approval
