Exempts employees from Georgia's workers' compensation chapter if their employer is covered by and provides coverage under the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (33 U.S.C. Section 901 et seq.) and its extensions

Amends Code Section 34-9-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding a new subsection (g)

Prevents potential dual coverage situations where maritime workers could be subject to both federal and state workers' compensation systems
