Increases the number of superior court judges in the Clayton Judicial Circuit from 5 to 6

The Governor will appoint the sixth judge for a term beginning January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028, with successors elected in the 2028 nonpartisan judicial election for four-year terms

The new judge receives the same compensation, salary, and expense allowance from the State of Georgia and circuit counties as existing superior court judges

Authorizes the judges to appoint an additional court reporter for the circuit

Counties in the circuit must provide courtrooms, facilities, office space, equipment, supplies, and personnel for the judges, with costs paid from county treasuries
