Authorizes the Probate Court of Crawford County to charge a technology fee up to $5.00 per civil action filing and up to $5.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed by the court

Fees must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware/software, imaging and scanning equipment, communications systems, and digitization of court records for public access

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the clerk of the probate court and used only for authorized technology purposes

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2035, with any residual funds remaining dedicated to general Crawford County technology uses
