Increases the required notice period for homeowners' insurance policy nonrenewal from 30 days to 60 days before the nonrenewal takes effect

Applies to property insurance policies governed by Code Section 33-24-46

Notice must be mailed or delivered in person to the named insured and lienholder (where applicable) via at least first-class mail

Effective date of January 1, 2026, applying to all policies issued, delivered, or renewed on or after that date
