Amends the 1976 DeKalb County compensation act to update salary percentages for county officials: Probate Court Judge and Juvenile Court Judge at 95%, Clerk of Superior Court and Tax Commissioner at 80%, Chief Executive Officer at 100%, and Board of Commissioners members at 32% of the defined gross salary

Sets compensation for judicial officers including State Court Judges (Divisions A and B), State Court Solicitor, Chief Magistrate, District Attorney, and Sheriff at 95-100% of gross salary, with Associate Magistrates at 85%

State Court Clerk salary established at 90% of the Superior Court Clerk's salary; part-time associate magistrate judges to be paid hourly based on the full-time associate judge rate

Extends county employee fringe benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible benefits, incentives, and longevity pay) to all judges and non-judicial officials compensated from county funds, with benefits calculated based on total years of DeKalb County service

Updates references from "Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit" to "DeKalb Judicial Circuit" per the January 1, 2025 name change; effective June 1, 2025, with salary provisions effective August 1, 2025
