Authorizes curbside voting for electors who, due to disability or age, cannot enter a polling place or cannot wait in line to vote, allowing them to cast a physical ballot from their vehicle in a designated parking area

Requires at least two poll workers to verify voter identification and deliver a ballot to the voter's vehicle, with poll watchers permitted to observe the process

Voters must be alone in the vehicle while casting their ballot unless they qualify for voting assistance under existing law; ballots are hand-marked absentee-style ballots stored in a secure, sealed ballot box

Mandates a pilot program on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November 2025, with the Secretary of State required to submit a comprehensive report to legislative election committees within 90 days

Requires precincts to report the number of curbside ballots cast separately, alongside total ballots and provisional ballots, to election superintendents after polls close
