Prohibits leadership committees in Georgia effective July 1, 2026, requiring existing committees to cease expenditures, return all contributions to donors, and dissolve

Leadership committees currently include those chaired by the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, party nominees for those offices, and up to two PACs designated by each legislative caucus

Bans lobbying activities and lobbying expenditures by organizations that receive public funds and are primarily composed of political subdivisions, elected officials, or appointed officers

Effective date is July 1, 2026
