GA SB391

Prohibits federal, state, and local government employees, including law enforcement officers, from conducting immigration enforcement activities at designated sensitive locations without a judicial warrant

Protected locations include school grounds, college campuses, public places of worship, hospitals, public libraries, and family violence shelters

Applies to both direct immigration enforcement actions and actions taken with intent to assist in immigration enforcement

Amends Article 5 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding new Code section 16-11-204
