Amends Code Section 31-2A-18 to expand disclosure authority for the Department of Public Health regarding Low THC Oil Patient Registry information

Adds new provision allowing disclosure of registry information to the Georgia Composite Medical Board and other state licensing boards for investigatory, compliance, or disciplinary purposes

Changes terminology from "prescribers" to "physicians" when describing whose identifying information must be removed for statistical, research, and grant application disclosures

Maintains existing disclosure permissions for registered individuals/caregivers requesting their own information and for peace officers/prosecutors verifying registration status

All disclosures remain subject to federal HIPAA privacy regulations
