Allows Georgia residents with non-apparent disabilities (including developmental and intellectual disabilities) to voluntarily request a notation on the front of their driver's license or identification card indicating such disability

Requires peace officer basic training courses beginning in 2027 to include instruction on interactions with individuals who have non-apparent disabilities, including best practices for encounters with someone displaying the disability notation

Prohibits the Department of Driver Services from disclosing information about disability notation requests, with exceptions for court orders, criminal justice agencies, licensing authorities, written authorization from the individual, or Department of Human Services child support matters

Waives fees for license replacement when solely adding or removing a disability notation, limited to one free replacement per license period

Mandates the commissioner consult with developmental and intellectual disability advocacy groups when designing the notation symbol and establish a public education program about its availability
