Establishes the Georgia Artificial Intelligence Commission as a 16-member body appointed by the Governor by January 1, 2027, with members serving three-year terms

Commission membership includes the Chief Information Officer, Attorney General, Commissioners of Labor, Public Health, Public Safety, and Agriculture, State School Superintendent, Secretary of State, four legislators (bipartisan from both chambers), two higher education AI specialists, and two private sector AI experts

Commission responsibilities include recommending AI legislation and policy, developing statewide AI guidelines for executive, legislative, and judicial agencies, conducting an inventory of all AI systems used by state agencies, and identifying high-risk AI implementation areas

Assigns the commission to the Georgia Technology Authority for administrative purposes, with regular monthly meetings and a chairperson elected from among its members

Requires an annual report to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House by December 31, 2027, and annually thereafter, detailing activities, goals, and legislative or policy proposals
