Transfers administration of Georgia's state Medicaid program from the Department of Community Health to the Department of Human Services, effective July 1, 2027

Designates the Department of Human Services as the single state agency responsible for the state medical assistance plan

Requires the Department of Human Services to succeed to all Medicaid-related rules, regulations, policies, procedures, administrative orders, rights, privileges, and obligations from the Department of Community Health

Mandates both departments cooperate to implement and facilitate the transition of Medicaid administration

Authorizes the Department of Human Services to submit a Medicaid state plan amendment or waiver request to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services if necessary for implementation
