Coverage must include related healthcare services before and after transplants, as well as immunosuppressant drugs

Directs the department to submit any necessary Medicaid state plan amendments or waiver requests to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for implementation

Amends Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding new Code section 49-4-159.5
