Establishes the Education Workforce Data Governance Advisory Committee within the Office of Student Achievement to advise on collection, analysis, and use of education workforce data and educator recruitment and retention

Committee membership includes one representative each from: Professional Standards Commission, Department of Education, Department of Early Care and Learning, University System of Georgia, Technical College System of Georgia, and Georgia Student Finance Commission

Committee must meet at least quarterly and will develop a public data dashboard on educator recruitment and retention, create unified data frameworks, and prepare annual workforce reports

Repeals existing requirements for the Office of Student Achievement to report on the effect of nationally certified teachers and Teacher Alternative Preparation Program teachers on student performance

Committee automatically sunsets on July 1, 2036
