Grants the Board of Commissioners authority to set monthly dues for retirement fund members between $105.00 and $150.00, effective July 1, 2026, with dues ceasing after 30 years of payment

Requires dues determinations to be based on actuary recommendations, actuarial soundness of the fund per Code Section 47-20-10 standards, and other relevant factors determined by the board

Increases the portion of marriage license fees paid to the retirement fund from 20% to 25%

Raises the civil filing fee contribution to the fund from $2.00 to $5.00 per filing

Increases the fee collected from criminal and quasi-criminal fines and bond forfeitures from $3.00 to $5.00 per case
