Authorizes the Board of Commissioners of the Judges of the Probate Courts Retirement Fund to set monthly member dues between $105.00 and $150.00 annually, effective July 1, 2026, with dues payments ceasing after 30 years of contributions.

Increases the marriage license fee contribution to the retirement fund from 20% to 25% of all fees collected for marriage license services.

Raises the civil filing fee contribution from $2.00 to $5.00 per filing.

Increases the fee collected on criminal and quasi-criminal fines and bond forfeitures from $3.00 to $5.00 per case.

Requires the board to base monthly dues determinations on actuary recommendations, actuarial soundness standards, and other relevant factors.
