Establishes a minimum annual salary of $83,400 for assistant district attorneys in the Cobb Judicial Circuit, beginning January 1, 2027

Authorizes the district attorney to appoint up to 14 full-time or part-time assistant district attorneys in addition to those provided by state law

Salaries are paid in equal monthly installments from Cobb County general funds, with any state compensation deducted from the county's portion

Requires all assistant district attorneys to be admitted to practice law in Georgia courts and be members in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia

Act becomes effective July 1, 2026
