Authorizes the Cobb County solicitor-general to appoint two assistant solicitors per judge in Division I and Division II of the State Court, plus assistant solicitors equal to the number of full-time magistrates, plus seven additional assistant solicitors

Sets minimum annual compensation for all assistant solicitors at $83,400.00 beginning January 1, 2027, with exact amounts determined by the solicitor-general

Compensation paid in equal monthly installments from Cobb County general funds

Authorizes the district attorney to designate specific assistant solicitors to serve as supervisors
