Renames the "Behavioral Health Care Workforce Data Base" to the "Health Care Workforce Data Base" and expands its scope from behavioral health providers to all licensed health care professionals

Expands the definition of "licensing board" from 5 boards to 14 entities, adding boards for dentistry, chiropractic, optometry, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology/audiology, podiatry, dietitians, and the Department of Public Health

Removes the limitation that the database only covers providers who "primarily provide treatment or diagnosis of mental health or substance use disorders"

Requires the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce to collect demographic and practice data from all health care professionals through minimum data set surveys administered by licensing boards

Maintains existing database functions including an online public dashboard, data provision to the Governor and General Assembly, and collection of insurance acceptance information including Medicaid and Medicare participation
