Renames the "Behavioral Health Care Workforce Data Base" to the "Health Care Workforce Data Base" and expands its scope from behavioral health providers only to all licensed health care professionals regulated by state boards.

Expands the list of licensing boards covered from 5 (counselors/social workers, nursing, medical, psychologists, pharmacy) to 15, adding dentistry, chiropractic, optometry, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology/audiology, podiatry, dietitians, Department of Public Health, and behavior analysts.

Removes the requirement that covered professionals must "primarily provide treatment or diagnosis of mental health or substance use disorders."

Requires the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce to collect minimum data set surveys from all licensed health care professionals, including insurance types accepted and Medicaid/Medicare participation.

Maintains existing requirements for the board to create an online dashboard, enter agreements with entities to house the data, and seek federal funding for database maintenance and staffing.
