Prohibits vehicle insurers from using geographic identifiers (ZIP codes, postal codes, census tracts, neighborhoods, municipalities) to set rates or rating plans, whether directly or indirectly

Bars insurers from using geographic location to deny coverage, refuse to issue policies, cancel or non-renew policies, determine tier placement, or apply surcharges and premium increases

Amends Code Section 33-9-4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated regarding standards for making and using insurance rates

Effective January 1, 2027, applying to all vehicle insurance policies issued, renewed, or modified on or after that date
