All juvenile court proceedings in Georgia must be recorded by stenographic notes, electronic, mechanical, or other means capable of accurately capturing all words spoken

Parties to juvenile court proceedings have the right to obtain full and complete records without needing a court order

The Department of Human Services may obtain full and complete records of any juvenile proceeding in which the court has permitted its participation, also without requiring a court order

Amends Code Sections 15-11-17 and 15-11-19 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated relating to conduct of hearings and rights of parties
