Amends Georgia's negligent security law (Code Section 51-3-53) to create exceptions to the exclusive remedy provisions for property owners and occupiers

Exempts claims involving sexual offenses under Chapter 6 of Title 16 from the limitations on negligent security liability, allowing victims to pursue additional legal remedies

Exempts claims where the injured person was under 18 years of age or 65 years of age or older at the time of injury from the exclusive remedy restrictions
