Expands address options for homeless Georgia voters registering to vote, changing from a requirement to use only the county registrar's office address to a choice among three options.

Allows homeless individuals without a permanent address to use the mailing address of the county registrar's office where they reside for election purposes.

Permits homeless voters to alternatively use the address of a postsecondary educational institution in which they are enrolled.

Permits homeless voters to use the address of a place of worship with which they are affiliated.

Amends Code Section 21-2-217 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, which governs rules for determining residence for voter registration purposes.
