Establishes a statewide, publicly searchable animal cruelty database to be created and maintained by the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia by January 1, 2027, subject to appropriations or available funding

Database will list full names of individuals convicted of or pleading guilty/nolo contendere to animal cruelty, bestiality, dogfighting, cockfighting, and related offenses under Code Sections 16-12-4, 16-6-6, 16-7-21.2, 16-11-107, and 16-12-37

Court clerks must electronically transmit conviction and sentencing information to the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council within 60 days of entry

Database must be accessible at no cost and updated at least monthly, with the primary purpose of helping animal shelters and protection agencies screen prospective pet owners

State law enforcement, prosecution, and corrections agencies are required to cooperate and provide relevant conviction information in a uniform reporting format
