Redraws the boundaries of the four education districts for the Hancock County Board of Education based on the 2020 U.S. Census data

Maintains the existing board structure with four district-based members plus a chairperson elected countywide

Allows current board members to continue serving until their terms expire, at which point they will represent the newly drawn districts

Uses census voting tabulation districts (VTDs) and census blocks to define precise geographic boundaries for each education district

Includes provisions to assign any unincluded or non-contiguous areas to the adjacent district with the smallest population
