Establishes the solicitor-general of the Barrow County State Court as a full-time position, with qualifications as provided in Article 3 of Chapter 18 of Title 15 of the O.C.G.A.

Sets the solicitor-general's annual salary at 95 percent of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit district attorney's salary (excluding local supplements), with a maximum cap of $142,500, plus legally required benefits.

Authorizes the solicitor-general to hire assistant solicitors-general, attorneys, investigators, paraprofessionals, clerical staff, and victim/witness assistance personnel with approval from the board of commissioners.

Requires any investigators employed by the solicitor-general to meet peace officer certification qualifications under the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Act.

Salary and staff compensation to be paid from Barrow County funds at the same intervals as other county employees.
