Requires a referendum election on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November 2026, with only voters in the affected territory eligible to vote on the annexation

Annexation takes effect January 1, 2027, if approved by more than half of voters; automatically repealed if rejected

City of Tucker must pay all expenses associated with conducting the special election
