Repeals the 1895 Act incorporating the Town of Braswell, dissolving the municipality effective August 1, 2026

Transfers all governmental authority, assets, and services to Paulding County and Polk County based on which county each portion of the former town lies within

Creates two special tax and service districts (Braswell-Paulding and Braswell-Polk) to manage outstanding bonded indebtedness, with debt divided proportionally by population residing in each district

Transfers all federal and state permits, pending municipal court cases, and zoning regulations to the respective counties, with existing zoning remaining in effect until counties adopt new regulations

Designates a "Community of Braswell" corresponding to the former town boundaries, with counties authorized to install signage marking the community
