Local school systems must make PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, PreACT, ACT, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), and Advanced Placement exams available to home study students in grades 6-12 who reside in the district

School systems must post test dates, registration deadlines, and procedures on their public websites, including notice that exams are available to home study students

Home study students cannot be charged fees beyond what enrolled students pay or subjected to additional eligibility requirements

Applies only to home study programs that meet existing Georgia requirements under Code Section 20-2-690
