Amends O.C.G.A. § 16-11-130 to add individuals with valid Georgia weapons carry licenses to the list of persons exempt from certain weapons carry restrictions in Code Sections 16-11-126 through 16-11-127.2

Creates a new paragraph (17) in the exemption list, placing licensed weapons carriers alongside existing exemptions for clerks of superior courts and magistrate court constables

Requires individuals to qualify for, be issued, and possess a current and valid weapons carry license under Code Section 16-11-129 to receive the exemption
