Increases the number of superior court judges in the Douglas Judicial Circuit from three to four

The Governor will appoint the fourth judge for an initial term beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028

Successors will be elected in nonpartisan judicial elections starting in 2028, serving four-year terms beginning January 1, 2029

Authorizes the judges to appoint an additional court reporter for the circuit

County governing authorities must provide courtrooms, office space, equipment, supplies, and personnel for the judges, with expenses paid from county treasuries
