Creates the Senate State FairTax Study Committee to examine whether implementing a FairTax system at the state level would be appropriate for Georgia's tax reform

Committee composed of 5 members: the chairperson of the Senate Finance Committee (who serves as committee chair) and 4 senators appointed by the President of the Senate

Members receive legislative allowances per Code Section 28-1-8 for up to 5 days unless additional days are authorized, with funding from Senate appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation with the Secretary of the Senate, approved by majority vote of a quorum

Committee stands abolished on December 1, 2025
