Creates the Senate Nuclear Power Study Committee to examine advanced nuclear reactors (ANRs) for Georgia's energy needs, including applications for urban centers, industrial facilities, data centers, and desalination plants.

Committee will consist of 14 members: 5 state senators, 1 House representative, 2 Georgia Power representatives, 2 electrical membership corporation representatives, 2 Public Service Commission representatives, and 2 Municipal Electrical Authority of Georgia representatives.

Committee is tasked with studying conditions and recommending legislation to accelerate advanced nuclear deployment, reduce regulatory barriers, and position Georgia as a global nuclear energy hub.

Legislative members receive standard allowances; expense reimbursement limited to 5 days unless additional days are authorized, with funds from Senate appropriations.

Committee must file any report with legislative recommendations before December 1, 2026, when the committee will be abolished.
