Creates the Senate Study Committee on Enhancing Public Safety and Civic Health to evaluate implementing an official emergency alert bracelet program for individuals with PTSD and autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Committee would study safety devices similar to medical bracelets that help first responders identify individuals experiencing PTSD episodes or autism-related distress during emergencies

President of the Senate appoints five members, with two designated as cochairpersons (one from majority party, one from minority party)

Georgia Department of Public Health would potentially develop bracelets in collaboration with Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and ASD advocacy groups

Committee stands abolished on December 1, 2026, with member allowances limited to four days unless additional days are authorized
