Recognizes Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students (GEEARS), a nonprofit that brings families to the capitol to share experiences of raising young children with lawmakers

Notes nearly 640,000 children under age 5 reside in Georgia, with approximately one in five living in poverty and one in ten born with low birthweight

Acknowledges Georgia's recent investments in early childhood including Lottery-Funded Pre-K, early childhood mental health initiatives, and creation of a state child tax credit

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to GEEARS
