Dedicates the intersection of U.S. 41/State Route 3 and Creekside Village Parkway NW in Cobb County as the "Officer Drew Haynes Brown Memorial Intersection," honoring the Cobb County police officer killed in 1983 when a drunk driver struck his patrol vehicle on Highway 41

Dedicates eight additional highway segments, intersections, and a roundabout across Georgia to honor law enforcement officers, military veterans, public servants, and community members, including Sheriff Randall Johnson, Donald Seabolt, Sgt. Major John Barry Dean, correctional officers Christopher Monica and Curtis Billue, Rick Worley, U.S. Treasurer Brandon L. Beach, Abigail Savoie, and Dr. James Larry Boss

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for all dedicated road facilities

Authorizes the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to the Department of Transportation, the living honorees, and the families of deceased honorees
