Recognizes the Georgia Utility Contractors Association as a 55-year-old nonprofit trade association representing the underground utility construction industry

Commends the association for promoting safety and responsible installation of underground utility infrastructure including water, sewer, gas, electrical, and telecommunications systems

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to the Georgia Utility Contractors Association
