Calls for the joint session to convene at 10:45 A.M. on the same date to hear the Chief Justice's address

Invites all other Supreme Court Justices and Court of Appeals Judges to attend the joint session

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the Chief Justice, all Supreme Court Justices, and all Court of Appeals Judges
